Dylan oversees all facets of accounting within the property management division, including real estate management close procedures, while maintaining supervision over accounts receivable, accounts payable, and owner distributions transactions. He has a strong foundation in accounting and finance, and leverages his industry knowledge to deliver financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities. Notably, Dylan holds the Certified Management Accountant (CMA®) designation and membership from the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA®). Dylan holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, complemented by a minor in Economics. Prior to his tenure at Atlas Management, Dylan honed his expertise as an accountant at an aerospace firm.

 

Beyond his role as an Accounting Manager, Dylan is an avid golfer, runner, and lacrosse enthusiast, he actively contributes as both a coach and player within local lacrosse leagues, while also relishing the opportunity to explore the scenic landscapes of the Pacific Northwest. Guided by a strong commitment to professional growth, Dylan aspires to continually elevate his credentials and expand his expertise within the realm of accounting.
